The Nike Air Max Jr has the general shape and design of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1, but with an updated look and newer technology, which includes the use of Nike’s lightweight Torch material and a 360-degree Max Air sole. White fills the entire upper of the sneakers while Chlorine Blue accents the tongue, the underlay beneath the Torch material, the trim around the Swoosh and the Max Air sole. The sneakers hit retailers earlier this month in a Black/Varsity Red colorway and now they’re being released in this White/Chlorine Blue color option. If you’re interested in these or the previously released pair in Black/Varsity Red you can get either of them now through Eastbay for $160.
