Fresh off of seeing this pair of New Balance 1500 Green / White we have spotted yet another colorway. The New Balance M1500 “Made In England” is certainly an export that we can stand behind.A Blue mudguard is the most noticeable part but the Yellow branding and Black lining also do a great job of standing out in the mix.
The sneaker features a mainly Grey upper that is done in a few shades over the course of suede and mesh. With “Made In England” emblazoned on the tongue these sneakers certainly do rep well for the Union Jack..

Adidas Megalizer Geay/blue/white

adidas looks to take high-tech sneakers to an all new level with the Megalizer. The sneaker features a revolutionary technology that allows dances to create music with their steps. There is a simple interface and some sort of unit that is placed into the tongue and when turned on the sneakers become virtual musical instruments.While we don’t have much official information about the shoes or their release this youtube video is very telling of what to expect. As of right now there are 4 models to choose from including 2 lows and 2 highs that look good enough for everyone from dancers to wallflowers alike.

Nike Dunk SB High AC – Canvas Pack

It is always refreshing to see you’re favorite shoes recreated with new materials. The Nike Dunk High has been a staple in sneaker culture for years. Nike has released three new colorways that are crafted in canvas rather than leather .The first two colorways  are coated in an anthracite canvas and complimented with bright swooshes, one maize the other varsity red. The other is a brighter version with Wolf Grey canvas and is complimented with a pine green swoosh.

We just saw the Supra Beer Pack and if that wasn’t enough to get you buzzing Pro-Keds is buying the next round. The lining is branded as well and if you still don’t know that this is a collaboration between Pabst and PRO-Keds the back bears ‘Pabst’ embroidered in White.They have teamed up with Pabst Blue Ribbon for this special edition Royal CVO.
The canvas kick is has a Navy upper with a Pabst branded tongue tag.  The shoes also feature a White outsole to go along with the contrast color stitching. These are promo only and will not release.

A great casual concoction was created by atmos and Lacoste in their all new Thurman Mid. With a suede upper and vulcanized sole it has all the beginnings of a new favorite.
 Tonal seams highlight the shoes construction by offering both reinforcement and flare while a Navy foxing strip sits right above the midsole. The atmos x Lacoste Thurman Mid comes in either Black or Off White and features a very cool Red, White & Blue lining and pull tab to match.These will be available at select retailers in May.

DC Stock “Athletic Red”

DC Shoes has dropped a new colorway of the Rob Dyrdek designed DC Stock, adding to the White and Black pair’s that previously released back in July.  DC logo’s on the heel, tongue, and side of the upper all sport a hit of Black, as does the inner lining and included laces. This time the DC Stock appears in Athletic Red on a soft, suede covered base. A White cupsole is accented by two thin pinstripes in Black while and Red  DC’s signature “Pill” tread is applied to the sticky rubber outsole. Look for em now at select DC Shoe distributors, including Zappos.

Nike Blazer Hi SP

This coming holiday season will see the release of three new colorways of the Nike Blazer Hi SP. Constructed from a combination of suede’s and leather’s, the trio consist of Grey/Yellow,  Black/Neon, and Black/Red-Yellow colorups which feature the darker shades as base colors and the brighter hues as accent coloring on the toe guard, Swoosh, lining or heel tab. Furthermore, each pair also includes a specially designed tongue tag which is unique to each style.
An official release date has yet to be confirmed for either of the three, but Crooked Tongues is taking pre-orders now on all of them. For a closer look, follow the jump.

New Balance 574 – Green/Yellow

New Balance may have introduced their innovative, eco-friendly Sonic Welded 574, but that doesn’t mean they’re giving up on the original stitched and glued version. Appearing in the signature colors of none other than the Green Bay Packers, the NB 574 includes a Green upper constructed predominantly from suede with mesh surrounding the ankle and covering the toe-box. In fact, the original waste filled 574 just hit select retailers in a color scheme which looks to celebrate the upcoming football season. The tongue also includes a layer of mesh, however, this is where the Yellow begins to come into play to round out the Packers colorway, in addition to also being applied on the leather heel tab, the “NB” hit on the ENCAP and the trim wrapping around the Grey New Balance “N” logo along the side of the upper. They haven’t quite made their way to US just yet, but Kasina in Korea has plenty in stock for those located outside our shores.

Air Jordan Summer 2011 Releases

Air Jordan heads who reside stateside were a little salty last year when they came to find out that the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” would only become available through international retailers. Being arguably one of the most popular Air Jordan’s, you can imagine the comments directed towards the brand at the time. 
Aside from the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” Retro, the catalog images, provided by It’s Shoes Time, informs us that there will also be an Air Jordan 7 “Cardinal” Retro and an Air Jordan 5 Retro in Black/Metallic Silver. It looks like your words may have been heard cause the very first images of Jordan Brand’s Summer 2011 catalog have surfaced online and wouldnt you know it, there sits a pair of True Blue’s. Whether or not they’ll be coming to the US remains to be unknown at this time, but we would hope Jordan Brand wouldn’t do us like they did last year.The blacked out image you see is believed to be the Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” Retro which the rumor mill has reported for quite some time is set to re-release next year.

Dr. Romanelli x Converse All-Star Cup “Born in the USA” Pack

In an effort to help raise money for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Dr. Romanelli teamed up with Converse to produce the “Born in the USA” Pack as part of the brand’s (PRODUCT)RED collection. One comes in full color with the American color’s proudly displayed, while the other features a tonal Black finish. Continuing with the USA theme, Making use of Converse’s new cupsole Chuck Taylor known simply as the All-Star Cup, Dr. Romanelli designed two pairs for the pack which both feature an American flag design on a duck canvas upper. a graphic of our nation’s bird, the bald eagle, appears on the insoles along with the Dr. Romanelli logo.
The Dr. Romanelli x Converse All-Star Cup “Born in the USA” Pack is set to officially release on September 15th, 2010 at Offspring, including Offspring at the Selfridges.

Nike LunarGlide 2 “City Pack”

Coming off last year’s LunarGlide+ “City Pack”, Nike’s put together a brand new pack using the previous shoe’s predecessor, the LunarGlide2+. Celebrating some of the world’s greatest running destination’s and all those who charge through them, this year’s “City Pack” includes LunarGlide2+ model’s honoring the Bronx in NY, The Lakefront in Chicago, Chaoyang Park in Beijing and Volkspark Friedrichshain in Berlin. Each pair is uniquely designed in a color palette commonly associated with the city, while detailed graphics on the insoles and the city’s three-letter abbreviation appearing on the tongue.

New Balance Sonic 574 “Brights Pack”

New Balance is wasting no time with their innovative 574 Sonic.  In a switch from the subdued, neutral colors normally associated with the Fall season, the Brights Pack includes solid neon of colors of Orange, Blue and Yellow on 3 pairs of the 574 Sonic.After releasing a few colorways for the sneaker’s debut and giving us a look at a collaboration with UNDFTD on sweatshirt-inspired pack set to release in a two weeks, New Balance introduces the Sonic 574 “Brights Pack”. Two additional pairs, shown after the jump, feature less vibrant shades of Green and Blue with subtle neon accents on the ENCAP’s. All five are available now through Korean distributor Kasina.

Premium leather sets the tone on the latest delivery from Nike SB. Set in a Brown / Gold colorway, the model’s distressed leather upper gives the silhouette a rustic feel.  The white liner can be matched with white laces, or used in contrast to the included brown laces. Finally, a yellow Nike Swoosh sits on the side panel. Down below we are greeted by a vulcanized white outsole that give the shoe just the right amount of contrast.Look for the shoe to release in late Spring/early Summer

The shoe features a White leather upper with Black nubuck in full effect. Teal Green comes thru and highlights the entire look via the midsole and heel tab while Blue-ish metallic tear drops are planted firmly into the White sole. No word on specifically when these will release but definitely be on the look out for them.
Fans of the Nike Air Max Uptempo 97 have something else to look forward to. The sneaker is set to release in this brand new Fresh Water colorway.

adidas just announced the adidas adizero Crazy Light, but it has also let slip some images of the adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 Low.  Leather is the choice for the upper, though mesh side panels provide the much-needed ventilation. Black carries the majority of the design, though it is quickly contrasted with the red on the toe cap and outsole.Seen here in a Black / Red makeup, the model simply removes the ankle support from its older sibling, making it optimal for those hot summer ballin’ session on the court. uniform experiment x Nike Sportswear All Court Mid

Back in January we teased you with a look at the uniform experiment x Nike Sportswear All Court Mid. Today we are going to do it again, only this time from the front. The side panel is stricken with a tonal leather Nike Swoosh, while the outsole is white. Details include white stars placed throughout the upper that blend with the shoe’s white laces, and a multicolored heel strip.The model features a navy blue canvas upper and what looks to be a plush navy liner.  Finally, we see the uniform experiment “UE” logo stitched into the lateral heel. Release date is set for May 14 in Japan at SOPH. stores for approximately $163.

Leave it to Geoff McFetridge to come up with something as special as a “Paper Dunk”. The artist was tapped by the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles to do something special and this is what he came up with.
Geoff crafted 24 unique pairs of Paper Dunk Highs that were sculpted out of an original piece of his pre existing artwork.  Along with the line of paper shoes comes a few specially designed shirts by Neckface, Futura, CR Stecyk III and Lance Mountain.They are set to be on display at MOCA before being auctioned off on May 26th at 1PM.

Stevie Williams x ALIFE Everybody High America

While Stevie Williams’ skate label, Dirty Ghetto Kids, has a shoe deal of it’s own, Stevie himself does not.  What he desires most is the Everybody High America from ALIFE, so when he was presented with the chance to design his own pair, This leaves the door wide open for the pro-skater to wear and collaborate on any piece of footwear he desires.there was no hesitation. Stevie took the opportunity to design the ALIFE Everybody High America in a color scheme honoring his hometown baseball team, the Philadelphia Phillies, using Grey suede and mesh throughout the upper with a slab of Red suede along the lateral side of the heel and additional accents of Red on the lining and toe bumper. Marking his work, Stevie had his signature embroidered along the toe.

Asics GT II – Fall 2010 Releases

The Asics GT II may not be seen as often as the Gel Lyte III, but whenever the shoes come around they defiantly know how to get our attention with some interesting colorways. For their Fall 2010 Collection Asics presents three new colorways of the GT II and being that they may be the only three we see for the next couple months, bold colorways are used throughout the collection, leaving a lasting impression until the next round comes along. .

Using inspiration from retro sweatshirts from the 80′s, the UNDFTD x New Balance Sonic 574 Pack features sonically bonded suede and reverse weave fleece uppers with New Balance’s signature “N” logo constructed from a fuzzy chenille material to complete the old school varsity sweatshirt look.  For a closer look at the two sneakers, follow the jump.The Pack consists of Grey/Red-Blue and Black/Red-Blue colorways which will launch on September 18th, 2010 through Undefeated locations alongside matching apparel.

Zoom Sharkley “Christmas” – Nate Robinson PE

If you caught the beginning of the Boston Celtics vs Orlando Magic game over the holiday weekend you may have seen Nate Robinson rocking this festive Zoom Sharkley.In a traditional Christmas color scheme, the shoes sport a red leather and patent leather base with accents of green worked into areas such as the lining, laces, the translucent portion of the sole, beneath the perforations throughout the upper and on the Nike branding across the heel. You would have had to look quick though, as the Celtics point guard lasted only a few minutes in the sneakers before swapping to the Nike LeBron 8 for the remainder of the game. Luckily, he posted an image of the sneakers on his Twitter page before the game, giving us a lasting impression of the sneakers.

Air Force 1 collectors take note, premium reseller Kicks-Crew has just updated their store with both of the Medicom Toy x Nike Air Force 1 “BE@RBRICK” model’s that released earlier this month exclusively through Japanese retailers.Additional details include leather insoles with the Nike logo and BE@RBRICK name, the brand’s “@” logo in a bear head silhouette on the tongue tags and gold AF1 dubraes.  As you may recall from the earlier images, both sneakers utilize black and off white colorways on furry pony hair uppers, with the colors alternated between the two to give a unique look to both pairs. Nike Dunk Low “Carbon Fiber” Customs – Black/Purple

As the saying goes, the third time’s a charm. JBF Customs has put together a third colorway of his Carbon Fiber Nike Dunk’s, and if you ask they’re by far the most appealing pair of the trio. Black carbon fiber covers the frontal, tongue, midfoot, Swoosh and foxing, and purple fills in the remaining areas of the upper for a high level of contrast. Like the others that came before it, the sneakers are constructed entirely from synthetic carbon fiber. What really makes the shoes complete, more so than the previous model’s, is the fact they have a matching sole, which is something the other’s didn’t have on their side.

NBA Kicks

Kobe Bryant dominated our last NBA Kicks post with his Nike Zoom Kobe 6 – Chaos, and the Black Mamba is back once again in today’s feature.  In case you don’t remember, the shoes were released back at the beginning of March, but we never spotted Kobe rocking them on the court until this game. This time around, he was seen rocking the Nike Zoom Kobe 6 – China as the Lakers pulled away to beat the Spurs.The shoes feature a predominantly metallic pewter upper with ink, white, and crimson accents throughout.
