Air Jordan 3 Retro BHM Black/Metallic Gold

Well this was a surprise. It looks like a few more pairs of the Air Jordan 3 BHM has made its way to Extra Butter. As you probably recall the limited edition release flew off shelves when it dropped on February 26th about as fast as the recently released True Blue’s did. Well if you weren’t lucky enough to get either here is your shot at redemption. While we don’t know what size run they have or how many pair we do know that you should act fast if you want them. Good luck! .

Nike Air Max Ultra Orange / Anthracite Blue / Pure Platinum

Nike presents this new Air Max Ultra silhouette that is very much a performance model. The sneaker features a 360 Air Sole and  looks as comfortable as they come but fashion is certainly not foregone altogether. The shoe is set to release in quite a few colorways including these two models. Orange / Anthracite or Blue / Pure Platinum both make this sneaker special. Look for them to release Spring 2012.

Air Jordan CP3 Advance Black/Varsity Red-Dark Charcoal--White/French Blue-Stealth

Much like the Air Jordan Fly 23‘s relationship to the Air Jordan Fly Wade the Air Jordan CP3.IV just found a cousin in the Air Jordan CP3 Advance.
The Air Jordan CP3 Advance offers a variation in build from the Air Jordan CP3.IV but it isn’t a total departure. Gone is the hyperfused upper and in its place is a sheath of the material placed over mesh paneling . The sneaker has been spotted in two classic colorways including Black / Varsity Red and White / French Blue and may be more comparable to the Air Jordan Melo M7 Advance than anything else.

Nike Air Max 2011 Black / Metallic Cool Grey – Club Purple

The upper is mainly in Black with Club Purple accents. From the sole to its tongue and also under the mesh the addition of Club Purple to this model is essential to its look. Cool Grey pops up on the branding with a bit of a Metallic sheen to it for an interesting effect to complete the look. These are available now at Foot Locker. The Nike Air Max 2011 is a strong addition to the Nike family when it comes to being a performance shoe but it’s also one great looking model. In this photo set you can really get a feel for the details that make up the model and its pretty impressive. Nike Air Max 2011

Nike Air Force 1 Low White / Bright Kiwi – Dark Pine

If you like how the colorway of the Air Jordan 5 ‘Quai 54‘ feels but can’t find a pair this Nike Air Force 1 Low could be a decent alternative. While the two are definitely worlds a part something in the Bright Kiwi feels a bit like Radiant Green.
The sneaker features both Bright Kiwi and Dark Pine set against a White leather upper in a very simply blocked manner. They also feature a translucent Dark Pine outsole as a finishing touch. These sneakers get right to the point and do so in a very dope way. They are available now at Nike.

Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse – Grey / Pink

The sneaker looks great up close and the Hyperfuse process really adds to the colorblocking of the sneaker. Thin overlays of material add opacity and more importantly durability to the Pink mudguard while the lightweight mesh makes it breathable and flexible. This colorway of the updated classic looks to release in July of 2011.

Nike Air Max 97 VT Spring 2012

Nike is really up to some interesting things. While hyperfuse is hotting the spotlight the brand looks to turn the spotlight to another process with its upcoming Nike Air Max 97 VT.
The Vac-Tech process gives this sneaker a unique one piece construction look however it does not lose any of its Air Max 97 qualities. The streamlined model is crafted of perforated suede and can be seen here in three colorways that include Mulberry, White and Midnight Fog. Look for these and possibly more to release in Spring of 2012.

Nike “The Choosen” Video Contest and Campaign

From the beginning, Nike has made it a mission to change the way you think. More often than not, that change has more to do with what is inside of you than it is does with what you have on your feet. Through careful marketing and world-class products, Nike has been able to walk the line between selling you stuff and inspiring you to get off your ass and do something. One of the most successful moments in their history revolves around the launch of the “Just Do It” campaign. Started over 23 years ago, the campaign has gone from centering on regular everyday heroes like Walt Stack to super-star athletes like Bo Jackson.
However, it is no longer 1988 and the “world” of sports has changed. Though Nike has embraced many sports, their new campaign is taking the activities that were once looked down upon and given them a global stage. A new day is dawning in the sports world where action sports are getting the recognition that they have always deserved. Athletes such as Paul Rodriguez (P-Rod), Olympic snowboarder Danny Kass, surf prodigies Julian Wilson and Laura Enever are certified stars and inspire just as many to “Just Do It” as any other athlete you can name. In the short video below, we get a taste of just how inspiring these athletes are set to a backdrop of darkness and pyrotechnics.

Labeled as “The Chosen”, the new campaign will take the “Just Do It” mantra to the action sports world on a global scale and invite skaters, surfers, BMX riders, snowboarders and skiers to push themselves to the limit. In addition to the campaign, action sports athletes will be invited to submit a video of their crew in order to be chosen for an opportunity of a lifetime – a chance to travel with the Nike team while getting access to exclusive Nike products and experiences. The contest will run within Facebook where winners will be determined by fan support, Nike and Nike athletes.
